About Kathryn Robertson

Established in the property industry for over 13 years, Kathryn sells throughout the North Shore, specialising in the Takapuna to Devonport peninsula. She is experienced, and well-networked.

A straight talker, she applies her in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate Act practically and clearly, enjoying an open communication style and ethical business model.  Kathryn works hard for her clients and customers, driven by a sense of duty to provide a high level of service.

Prior to property, Kathryn learned about people, psychology, and how to negotiate effectively, from years spent in frontline policing in South Auckland.  Her attention to detail stems from her time working within a legal office, and her quiet resolve and determination, from the joys of parenting. Her previous industry experience spans the property spectrum and includes residential sales, commercial real estate (sales and leasing) investment property portfolios, residential apartment development projects, and client management. A large portion of Kathryn’s work is repeat and referral business (evidence of the sound long-term advice she gives), and she is a regular sponsor and donator to local charities, schools, and sports clubs. Trusted and well-liked in the industry, her biggest asset is her ability to listen.

Kathryn is closely supported by her Campaign Manager and right-hand woman, Lotta Schultheis – Lotta ensures the smooth running of the business from the office and works closely with Kathryn’s clients to ensure the service is seamless. When required, they utilise an additional team of professionals able to assist in the ‘going to market’ stage, enabling vendors to step back and trust in the process, or even navigate a sale or purchase remotely. Partnering with the Bayleys’ brand allows for access to total property services across the residential and commercial spectrum.

Having lived in various North Shore locations throughout her life, Kathryn has spent 25 years in the Devonport Peninsula. For the last ten years, she has lived in Hauraki, her two teenagers attend Takapuna Grammar School, and the family (including two French Bulldogs), is an integral part of the local community.
