Over 10 years in the property industry, Kathryn Robertson has identified three key learnings that she believes significantly enhance the chance of success for her clients.

Specialising in residential sales in and around Takapuna, Kathryn’s previous experience extends to development projects, land transactions, investment property sales and client management, with a preference to establishing long-term networks. She is quick to identify sources of revenue for her clients, and is a strong advocate of marketing, understanding the importance of showcasing her properties to ensure they stand out in a crowd with point of difference advertising material of the highest quality. Kathryn is intuitive, has high ethical standards, and a preference for open, transparent business interactions.
As a skilled negotiator, Kathryn is experienced in navigating her way through difficult transactions whilst maintaining the trust and confidence of those involved. She remains calm and effective under pressure.
With a career background in policing, legal, finance and marketing, Kathryn’s skill set is diverse.
